    The Koka Gold Deposit (of which Chalice currently has an interest of 100%) has an indicated and inferred resource estimate of 5 million tonnes at an average grade of 5.3 g/t gold for 840,000 ounces gold at a cut-off of 1.2g/t.
  2. What participation rights does the Eritrean Government have?
    The Government of Eritrea has a 10% non-contributing interest in any mining operation, but may acquire, on the basis of an independently determined valuation, an additional 20% contributing interest.
  3. When does Chalice aim to commence development?
    The Company has recently completed a Feasibility Study, with development targetted to commence in 2011.
  4. Where are your operations located?
    Chalice’s largest project, Zara Project, is located in Eritrea, East Africa. Chalice also has three further exploration projects located throughout Western Australia, the Yandeearra Project, Gnaweeda Project and Wilga Project.

    A preliminary geological assessment of the region indicates that there is considerable opportunity to locate additional ore bodies in similar geological settings along the strike from the main Koka Gold Deposit.
    Chalice holds a substantial land package of 615 square kilometres with little, if any, exploration. An aggressive exploration program will provide a unique opportunity for the discovery of additional gold and base metal deposits resulting in excellent growth potential.
