Executive Chairman
Tim has over thirty years experience in the resource industry. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly listed companies and is currently a director of Uranium Equities Limited, Non-Executive Director of Strike Energy Limited and Executive Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited. Tim is also a major shareholder in the Company.
Douglas Jones, PhD, AusIMM, RPGeo
Managing Director
Dr Jones is a geologist with 34 years' experience in international mineral exploration, having worked extensively in Australia, Africa (where he was instrumental in the discovery of the Siguiri gold mine in Guinée), the Americas and Europe. His career has covered exploration for gold in a wide range of geological settings, volcanic and sediment-hosted zinc-copper-lead and IOCG style copper-gold. He is also a non-executive director of ASX-listed Liontown Resources Limited, TSX- and AIM-listed Minera IRL Limited and TSX- and AIM-listed Serabi Mining plc.
Anthony Kiernan, LLB
Non-executive Director
Anthony is a Solicitor and has considerable experience in the administration and operation of listed public companies. In addition to his legal practice Anthony provides commercial and corporate advice to various entities. He is Chairman of BC Iron Limited and Uranium Equities Limited, and is a director of Liontown Resources Limited and Venturex Resources Limited.
Stephen Quin, PGeo
Non-executive Director
Based in Vancouver, Canada, Mr Quin is currently President and CEO of Midas Gold, a private company that controls the majority of the Yellow Pine - Stibnite district in Idaho, a district that encompasses a number of historic past producing mines, as well as significant mineral resources. Stephen has over 30 years experience in the mining and exploration industry and was previously President of TSX-listed copper producer Capstone Mining Corporation and President and CEO of Sherwood Copper Corporation prior to its merger with Capstone. Prior to joining Sherwood, Mr Quin was Executive Vice President of Miramar Mining Corporation, a TSX-listed gold producer and explorer.
Richard Hacker, B.Com, ACA, ACIS

Richard has significant professional and corporate experience in the energy and resources sector in Australia and the United kingdom. Richard has previously worked in senior finance roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Limited and Centrica Plc. Prior to this, Richard worked with leading accounting practices. Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary and is also Company Secretary of Liontown Resources Limited.
Leanne Forgione, B.Com, CA
Joint Company Secretary/Finance Manager
Leanne is a Chartered Accountant who has 10+ years of accounting and governance experience within the mining and energy industries.
Harry Wilhelmij, PhD, MAusIMM
Country Manager
Harry has twenty five years experience searching for base and precious metals, uranium and diamonds in a wide range of geological environments in Africa, Australia, Europe and South East Asia. He has explored for Archaean gold mineralisation throughout Australia and Africa, and more recently has specialised in the exploration for platinum and nickel deposits. In Zimbabwe, he was responsible for the exploration program that led to the establishment of the Ngezi Platinum Mine. In northern Finland, he managed advanced resource definition drilling programs for platinum, nickel and copper. In Tanzania, he managed exploration programs that resulted in the discovery of high grade nickel and platinum. During his geological mapping for a Ph.D thesis in the Pilbara of Western Australia, he discovered the Sulphur Springs volcanogenic zinc deposit.
