Mr Tim Goyder
Tim has considerable experience in the resource industry as an executive and investor. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly-listed and private companies and is currently Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited (since 2002) and Liontown Resources Limited (since 2006), both listed on the ASX. Tim has been a director since 2005 (13 years) and was appointed Executive Chairman on 23 March 2018. Tim previously held the position of Managing Director.
Mr Alex Dorsch
Qualifications: BEng (Hons), BFin
Alex is an experienced consultant, engineer, project manager and corporate advisor in the resources sector. Prior to joining Chalice in late 2017, he was working as a Specialist consultant with the global management consultancy McKinsey & Company. He commenced his engineering career with resources giant BHP in Adelaide, and then spent over six years as an engineer in oil and gas exploration. Alex holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (first class Honours) and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide.

Mr Morgan Ball
Qualifications: B.Com, CA, F Fin
Mr Morgan Ball is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of Australian and international experience in the resources, logistics and finance industries. Mr Ball was appointed in December 2016 and as CFO is responsible for managing all of Saracen's financial and commercial matters. Prior to joining Saracen, Mr Ball was Managing Director of ASX listed iron ore producer – BC Iron Ltd and prior to this he was BC Iron's Finance Director, CFO and Company Secretary.
Previously, Mr Ball was CFO & Company Secretary of Indago Resources – an ASX listed company developing the large Nyanzaga gold deposit in northern Tanzania. Mr Ball has also held senior commercial roles at WMC Resources, Brambles and P&O.
Mr Ball is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. Mr Ball is also a Non-Executive Director of Chalice Gold Mines Limited (ASX:CHN) and is Vice President of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies ("AMEC").
Mr Stephen Quin
Qualifications: P Geo
Stephen is a geologist with over 37 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry. Stephen is based in Vancouver, Canada, and has been the President & CEO of Midas Gold Corp. and its predecessor since January 2011. Stephen was previously President and COO of TSX listed copper producer Capstone Mining Corp. and, up until its merger with Capstone, President and CEO of TSX listed copper producer Sherwood Copper Corp. Prior to joining Sherwood, Stephen spent 18 years as Vice President and subsequently Executive Vice President of TSX listed Miramar Mining Corporation, a Canadian focused gold producer and developer. Stephen has extensive experience in the resources sector, and in the financing, development and operation of production companies.
Stephen is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee and has been an Independent Non-executive Director since 2010 (8 years).

Mr Richard Hacker
Qualifications: B.Com, AGIA ACIS
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of professional and corporate experience in the energy and resources sector in Australia and the United Kingdom. Richard has previously worked in senior finance roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Limited and Centrica Plc. Prior to this, Richard was in private practice with major accounting practices. Richard is a Non-executive Director of DevEx Resources Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Liontown Resources Limited, both ASX listed. Richard was appointed Joint Company Secretary on 18 September 2017 and resigned from this position on 29 June 2018.
GENERAL MANAGER – EXPLORATION
Dr Kevin Frost
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) PhD MAIG
Dr. Frost is an exploration geologist with over 25yrs experience in mostly senior roles with a range of mining companies from junior explorers through to international mining houses. Dr. Frost has a solid understanding of economic geology from a background in project generation and evaluation of exploration projects from grass roots through to mining, and in 2009 he was a joint recipient of the AMEC Prospectors award for the discovery of the Spotted Quoll nickel sulphide deposit located in the Forrestania greenstone belt of Western Australia. Dr. Frost was also responsible for Western Area Limited’s first significant nickel sulphide discovery (Flying Fox, 2003) which propelled Western Areas through to its current position as a dominant player in the nickel sulphide market. Dr. Frost was part of Western Area’s team that progressed both nickel sulphide discoveries through to feasibility studies and ultimately through to mine production. Dr. Frost is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists.
Exploration Manager - Canada
Mr Patrick Lengyel
Qualifications: BSc, P. Geo
Patrick is an experienced consultant, geologist and executive manager in the precious, base metal and industrial mineral sectors. Prior to joining Chalice in 2015, where he currently manages Canadian exploration, he held senior positions with Teck Resources (Gold Exploration Manager, North America) and Kinross (Director Exploration Canada), and before that VP Exploration positions in the junior sector. In addition, he ran a mineral exploration and development consultancy for 14 years, providing service to the major, junior and private sector worldwide. His experience ranges from large scale, multidisciplinary regional exploration programs to comprehensive grassroots to advanced stage project scale exploration to brownfield minex. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science (4 Year Major Geoscience) and is a registered professional geoscientist in several jurisdictions in Canada.
Mrs Leanne Stevens
Qualifications: B.Com, AGIA ACIS
Leanne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary who has over 16 years of accounting and governance experience within the mining and energy industries. Leanne was appointed Company Secretary on 29 June 2018.
